Anyone else feel like blogging today is just a total pain in the buns? I've been procrastinating posting today all morning and I'm not even hungover. Proud? I knew you would be.
Really though, I only have a 3-day work week this week because I get to go to NYC and play with Erin THIS Thursday through Sunday!! I'm more excited than that time I sat front row for the No Strings Attached Nsync concert... and that was pretty damn exciting.
The rest of this post is going to be real short and sweet. Join me while I recap my weekend of celebrating my bestie's birthday, Samidoodles style...
One. That pot may look innocent but that son of a gun was filled full of saki. Kicking off Barb's b-day in true Barb-Nanc style.
Two. There was a lot of Fireball consumed this weekend and I'm not mad at it. This bottle, however, was purchased because it was on sale and I needed some for my NYC trip anyways. Erin, you will love it. Just let it happen.
Three. My pretty birthday princess, Barb. No, her name is actually not Barb that's just her alter ego that comes out to play when she drinks. Same with me and Nanc.. I suppose I should dedicate a post to this one day.
Four. My sistas from another mista. Do people still say that? I do.
Five. Love for the birthday princess. Normal behavior.
Six. Fireball shot number 4 or 5. I don't remember. I think I sent this to Erin because I know that Fireball is the one thing about me that truly frightens her. We're going to have so much fun.
Seven. The restaurant we ate at Saturday night had BOXED WINE ON TAP. I can't even elaborate because I'm still way too excited about it.
Eight. Saturday night we drank lots of wine and had a movie night. Yes, Perks of Being a Wallflower... again.
Nine. I did my nails all fancy like with some "nail caviar"... which I prefer to call nail ballz. They looked so rockstar worthy until all of the nail ballz started falling off. Or maybe I picked them off because I'm a toddler. Who knows?
And now I will go be a good little employee and work at work. What a concept!
Over and out.
