To put it short, my birthday this year was amazing.
To put it a little longer, my birthday this year was quite possibly the best birthday I'll ever have. If my 26th birthday celebration was any indication of how my 26th year is going to be, I'm really effing excited about it.
Oh, and if you didn't read the post Taylor put together on Thursday, you have to go do it now.
Now, let's take a little looksy at the birthday festivities that went down over the last 4 days.
Wednesday I came home to a surprise package from Sugar Love Boutique, which was perfect because I had plans for the evening and not a thing to wear.
Such an awesome surprise and the shirt fit perfectly!
Wednesday night was a crazy blast of a night and when midnight struck I was overwhelmed with so. much. love. I don't think the smile has left my face yet, I'm a lucky lady.
Thursday came around and it was definitely, finally my birthday. AKA the best day of the year, if you ask me. What better way to kick off your birthday than wine and steak with your mom for lunch?
I mean, it was no Lunchable or Bagel Bites, but it was ok.
Once I was done stuffing my face with delicious steak and vino, it was time for a little day drinking with my girls before heading out for the night. I think you know where this is going...
Yep! Pool day. Bow included, because I'm 12, of course.
I even took my first Instavid... which I have zero clue how to embed here, so you can just click here if you want to see it.
Thursday night was just absolute chaos and I loved every second of it.
So much Fireball, so much champagne, so many amazing people. Ahhh, take me back.
I need to add that there were two mini bottles of Fireball and at one point I was given one and the table of about 15 of my friends decided I needed to take a shot with each person out there. AKA Whitney finishes a baby bottle of Fireball and everyone else just takes a sip. Holy hell.
Oh and my friend Megan made me the best cake of life...
As far as gifts go, I had an Alex and Ani birthday, for sure. Can't say I hate it either!
Sami got the me clover bracelet and my mom got me the birthstone and "W". Love them all so much!
Friday was full recovery day, I needed it and I'm pretty sure every single friend who was present on Thursday night needed it as well. Woof.
Saturday we were back it it and went to the Orlando City soccer game for some good old fashioned tailgating, beer shot gunning, and cheering.
Ah, being back here now is just plain sad, though I'm pretty sure my liver is thoroughly appreciating another birthday come and gone.
Thank you to everyone for all of the birthday wishes. I think it's going to be an amazing year!
