Fun Night In With Bertolli + A Giveaway

If there's one thing bear and I really love to do together, it's to overindulge and eat as much delicious food as possible. Most nights we try to keep it on the lighter side, but I'd be lying if I told you we don't have one or two cheat nights a week. What can I say? With bear working in the restaurant industry, we're foodies by association. It's what we do.

I can speak for both of us when I say that pasta is a weakness. And by weakness, I mean that we could both devour plate upon plate of pasta until we are green in the face, just because we love it so much. Add in some sauce, a hefty amount of cheese and the both of us are in food heaven. 

While going out for a hearty Italian meal is always nice, it's also nice to be able to have a night in, just the two of us, and still have the chance to enjoy the same delicious food we could get out at a restaurant. 

Enter Bertolli frozen meals:

AKA a delicious Italian restaurant meal brought right to my dining room for bear and I to enjoy in peace and quiet. I added in some candles, a little (a lot of) vino, some garlic bread, and it was even better than going out for dinner, if you can believe that. (Even if I accidentally had my blogger brain shut off and forgot to take any pictures of said evening... Sorry.)

Especially because I didn't have to find something to wear, put makeup on my face, or do my hair. (Which probably makes my forgetting to take pictures best for all of you.)

By the time we were done with our Tortellini Margherita, we were stuffed and the best part was that we didn't have to endure a stuffed car ride home... we got to lounge on the sofa and finish the rest of our wine. I could definitely go for more nights like this one. Except next time we're going to try the Asiago Ravioli Primavera because it sounds so damn good.
