I Wore Yoga Pants - The Drinking Game

And just like that, it's Thursday. Who knew?
Not me, I thought it was Wednesday, if we're being honest here.

I'm shamefully eating a chocolate chip cookie for lunch right now and I don't really think that fits into my whole trying to be healthy and fit thing I've been trying to do, but I can explain. Kind of. 

You see, I've been on a break from working out this week because apparently when you do heavy amounts of power walking at an intense incline, you are supposed to wear footwear that supports your feet. I missed this memo and now I'm painfully paying for it. Simply put, my ankles and arches are straight up PISSED at your girl. 

Wearing cute tennis shoes to the gym is a real dumb thing to do. 
Lesson learned. Maybe.
