Hey, my little poodles. Yep, that's a Honey Boo Boo reference for you to start off this little Monday and double yep, that means I spent far too long watching my favorite redneck trash last night. Holla.
Today I could do a weekend update but I think you all could probably take a good guess at what I did.
Wine, check. Beer, check, check. A little whiskey, check. Throw some champs in there, bada bing, bada boom. Weekend update.
Moving forward, I've noticed some new pretty faces over there to the right recently and I figure it's about time we take a little walk together and chat about who this crazy lush is.
I'm Whitney, also known as Whit or Whitty if we're on a nickname basis.
This is what I look like when I take #selfies on my iPhone.
Speaking of nicknames, I have a strange obsession with renaming the people I am close to and I feel nicknames say "hey friend, I like you".
I started this blog on a random day in April for no apparent reason and then I abandoned it for 3 months. The name was equally as random as the idea to start it up and other than the fact that it holds truth to my real life, I have no actual explanation for it. It's a little ridiculous and I guess that holds some truth to my real life as well.
Sometimes I get lost in my shirts when I get dressed.
See? Ridiculous.
I've lived a long life of blogging in the form of the Blogger equivalent to MySpace, LiveJournal. I documented a good portion of my teen life on good old "LJ", as us cool kiddos called it. Deep stuff, let me tell you.
My little fluffy nuggets are Ella and Sebby, they are both named after Disney characters because I am really a 5 year old living in a 25 year old's body. Ella is short for Cinderella and Sebby is short for Sebastian (yes, like the crab).
If you're rolling your eyes now, it's totally ok. I would too.
We are Florida State Seminoles and our blood is garnet and (sparkly) gold.
We also think that Gators smell like garbage. Jusssst kidding... a little.
See? I even hug Gators.
I keep things pretty light hearted around my little slice of the interwebz which is also how I like to keep things in my real life. I believe there's really no better feeling than laughing until you cry and I like to practice it as much as humanly possible.
Same shirt... that's embarrassing. Fashion blogger, I am not.
Which is slightly humorous considering I have a bachelors in Fashion Design. FUN FACT!
I actually really enjoy cooking but I'll probably never post recipes here. Mostly because I could really just send you a link to whatever I've cooked and there's a good chance it's from Pinterest.
I really love being crafty but it's rare that I have time to actually sit down and do mind numbing crafts. However, I do like throwing together craft tutorial posts for le blogging purposes and you will see those around here from time to time.
I'm seriously addicted to Twitter and so I think you should go tweet me so we can be friends. Also, if you have an insider connection that can get me a verified account I'll shower you in compliments until the end of eternity.
Disclaimer: I tweet entirely too much about Chickfila Chicken Minis, Bagel Bites, my dogs, and Chardonnay.
Let's see... what else? Well, I really enjoy spicing up a good sentence with a little profanity from time to time and so I apologize in advance if that offends you. I'm a little blonde sailor when I get excited. Whoops.
One time I was out gallivanting around with some of my friends and I was wearing some heels fit for a hooker, after a few vodka sodas I ended up taking a tumble. I stuck the landing like a champ and for that I wasn't nearly as embarrassed as I should have been. There may have even been an applause or two (could have been me doing the applauding).
Moral of this story, the question "what's your most embarrassing moment" is always a really hard one to answer because I don't get embarrassed all that easily. Also, I'm a really clumsy person. None of my outfits are complete without a bruise or two.
Well, I think I should probably wrap this up right about now.
Big thanks to you pretty new faces popping in around here and always thanks to those of you who have been here hanging out with me for a while.
See ya tomorrow, bunnies!
