Synopsis: Gillian Chung from the hit pop group Twins stars in this latest heartwarming adventure of the chubby, mentally handicapped Fat Cat (Kent Cheng). This time, Fat Cat befriends Snow (Chung), a nice, fragile girl who has been blind since age twelve. Grateful for his affection Snow gradually becomes close with Fat Cat. Worried about their daughter, Snow's parents decide to speed up her cornea operation in order to separate her from Fat Cat. As Snow is about to get a glimpse of reality and learn of her friend's mental capacity, Fat Cat must think of a way to maintain their friendship. Can the new formed friend ship of the unlike characters turn their fate around? Find out in this warm-hearted movie.

The Skinny: Well-meaning in every way, but also manufactured and without any real story or character. Happy Go Lucky is only superficially inspirational and not really much of a film.
